Arc Tower is a 45-story tower, 571 Broad Street just a few blocks from Military Park and James Street Historic District. The bold beautiful and striking design will feature 320k square feet. The tower is planned to have approximately 344 residences, including studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments along with 68 affordable housing units, along with 1,800 square feet of retail space. If completed, it would be one of the tallest residential buildings in the city and make a huge impact on Newark eastern skyline.
