The project will feature 77 apartments, including affordable housing units, along with modern amenities like a fitness center, rooftop garden, co-working spaces, and private balconies. Located near NJIT and University Hospital, the development is expected to continue the rapid transformation and revitalization happening along the Central Avenue corridor.
