A 40 story tower, set for 96 Clay Street strategically located near the Clay street bridge and the Newark Broad Street Station. The tower is planned to have approximately 484 residences, including studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments along with 96 affordable housing units. If completed, it would be one of the tallest residential buildings in the city and a landmark for the area just north of downtown. As of early 2026, the project is still categorized in the “pre-construction” or “pending” phase.
