The Iberia Development is a massive mixed-use redevelopment project planned for Newark’s Ironbound neighborhood on the former Iberia Tavern site near Penn Station and the Passaic River. The project will feature four modern residential towers with more than 1,400 apartments, including affordable housing units, along with retail space, parking, and public amenities. Seen as one of the largest developments in the Ironbound in decades, the project is expected to bring major growth and new investment to the area while reshaping the neighborhood skyline.
