Here’s all the projects RBH Group has proposed over the years for downtown Newark. The current plan calls for a 22 story 234 foot tower on the corner of Washington Street and Market Street at 101 Market Street, and another tower at the old paramount theater site. Plans calls for a 28 story 310 foot tower with 457 units with 91 affordable units included.
